In brief. Dynavo uses account, billing, support, network, and fraud-prevention data to provide and protect the service. We do not sell personal data. You can contact contact@dynavo.net to ask about your data or exercise an applicable privacy right.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Dynavo collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Dynavo is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy. You can reach us about any privacy or data-protection matter, including the rights described in Section 8, at contact@dynavo.net.
2. Data we collect
- Account and contact information — details you provide when you register and manage your account, such as your name or chosen identifier, email address, contact details, and authentication information.
- Billing and payment data — records of your account credit, transactions, and the payment method used. Card payments are collected and processed by our payment processor; Dynavo does not store your full card number or security code. We retain the payment and transaction records associated with your account.
- Support and communications — messages, tickets, attachments, and other information you choose to send through support, contact forms, or email.
- Device, service, and log data — IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requests, errors, network and service events, and records related to abuse or security investigations.
- Fraud-screening data — information used to assess and prevent fraud and abuse, which may include data you provide, payment information, and network and usage signals.
Dynavo does not routinely inspect customer content. We may access or preserve limited account, traffic, system, or service information when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate abuse, fraud, security, or technical issues, enforce our policies, protect the service or another party, or comply with law.
3. Why we use your data
We use this data to:
- create and operate your account and provide the service;
- process payments and maintain your prepaid balance and transaction history;
- operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the network and our infrastructure;
- investigate and respond to abuse complaints and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service;
- screen for and prevent fraud and abuse;
- communicate with you about your account, service, support requests, policy updates, and security matters; and
- comply with legal obligations and valid legal process.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data as needed to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests in an emergency, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention where those interests are not overridden by your rights, or act with your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy — including operating the service, maintaining billing and transaction records, securing the network, and investigating abuse and fraud. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or retain it only in a form that no longer identifies you. Some records, such as billing and abuse-related logs, are kept longer than account data where we need them to resolve disputes — including payment disputes and chargebacks for the periods allowed by card-network rules — prevent recurrence of abuse, or operate the service responsibly.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Infrastructure and network providers — including FiberState and relevant upstream or facility providers, where needed to deliver connectivity, protect infrastructure, investigate abuse, or satisfy a provider requirement.
- Payment and fraud providers — with our card payment processor, the relevant card networks and issuing and acquiring banks, and providers that help us assess and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Operational service providers — with providers that support hosting, billing, customer support, security, or other service operations, subject to appropriate duties concerning the data.
- Web-font delivery — the site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives request details such as your IP address, browser information, and the page making the request.
- Legal and protective reasons — where we are required to respond to a valid legal demand, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the network, our customers, or third parties from harm or illegal activity.
- Business changes — in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
Cross-border processing
The infrastructure and providers used to deliver the service may process data in countries different from your own, including the United States and Germany. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism. This Policy continues to apply wherever we process the data.
7. Email communications and delivery
How we obtain email addresses
Dynavo obtains an email address directly from the person or organization that provides it when creating or managing an account, placing an order, contacting us, opening a support request, or expressly subscribing to an optional email list if one is offered. The coming-soon site does not currently collect newsletter subscriptions. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or harvest recipient lists.
Transactional and marketing email
Transactional email is sent in response to an account, order, payment, service, support, abuse, security, password-reset, policy, or legal event and is limited to information connected with that event or the recipient's relationship with Dynavo. Marketing email, if introduced, will be kept separate and sent only to recipients who have expressly opted in to that type of communication. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing or using the service.
Planned email delivery provider
Dynavo has applied to use Amazon Simple Email Service ("Amazon SES") to deliver its own transactional email. Production access has not yet been approved, so this statement describes our intended use and does not represent that Amazon SES is currently active or available to Dynavo. If Amazon SES is approved and enabled, Amazon Web Services and its service providers may process sender and recipient addresses, message headers and content, delivery events, and bounce and complaint information. Amazon Web Services may store and scan messages to detect spam, phishing, malware, and other harmful or unwanted content. If Dynavo uses another reputable email delivery provider instead, that provider may process equivalent information only as needed to deliver, secure, and monitor the messages.
Bounces, complaints, and suppression
Before production sending to unverified recipients begins, Dynavo will configure delivery-event notifications and suppression controls with its email provider. An address that produces a hard bounce or spam complaint will be suppressed promptly, and Dynavo will stop sending email to it. We will not remove an address from suppression merely to retry delivery unless we have reliable confirmation that the address is valid and the underlying issue has been resolved. Delivery and suppression records may be retained as reasonably necessary to prevent repeated sending and protect recipients and sender reputation.
Marketing choices
Every marketing message, if marketing email is introduced, will identify Dynavo as the sender and provide a clear working unsubscribe method. We will honor an unsubscribe request promptly and will not send further marketing email to that address unless the recipient later opts in again. Transactional messages are not marketing and may still be sent when reasonably necessary to operate an account or service; where email delivery is suppressed, Dynavo may provide essential notices through the client area or a support ticket instead.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- export your data in a portable form;
- delete your data; and
- object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, email contact@dynavo.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some rights are subject to exceptions, and we may retain information where needed to provide the service, meet record-keeping or legal obligations, resolve disputes (including open payment disputes or chargebacks), or investigate abuse and fraud. If an exception applies, we will explain it where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and misuse. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are also responsible for securing your account and instances and maintaining independent backups of data stored on them.
10. Cookies and browser storage
The coming-soon site uses local browser storage only to remember the selected color theme. The client area uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and the card checkout may use necessary cookies on its own domain. Google Analytics is not currently active, and the site does not currently set analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Children's privacy
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact contact@dynavo.net so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. EU/UK representative
Dynavo does not currently have a designated representative in the EU or UK. If you are located in the EU or UK and have a privacy inquiry, contact us directly at contact@dynavo.net.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where reasonably appropriate.
14. Contact
For any privacy or data-protection matter, including the rights described in Section 8, contact us at contact@dynavo.net.
